Shipping Policy

• Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days.

• Shipping is via Australia Post or a trusted courier service. Delivery is typically 3–6 business days nationwide.

• Australian - Free Shipping: Orders over $250 qualify for free standard shipping.

• NZ - Free Shipping: Orders over $250 qualify for free standard shipping.

• International Shipping Costs: Orders will have international shipping calculated at checkout.

 

• In case of damage or loss during delivery, please notify us within 7 days so we can assist.

If entered incorrectly by the customer, it's at our discretion how to proceed or charge for incorrect or incomplete delivery. Shipping costs may be recharged to cover costs.
