Refund policy
Eligibility
Items may be returned within 45 days of purchase (extended to 60 days for holiday season purchases made between 1 November and 31 December).
Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags attached and in original packaging.
Faulty, Damaged, or Not as Described
If your item is faulty, damaged during delivery, or significantly different from its description, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund, in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Customers exchanging sizes after purchase are responsible for all shipping costs.
Change of Mind Returns
Change of mind returns are accepted at our discretion.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original delivery charges are not refunded unless otherwise arranged.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please email sales@sydneyplumberchick.com with your order number.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return and issued to the original payment method.
Return postage costs may be deducted. Store credit or exchanges are available upon request.
Exceptions
Final sale items, including clearance, bodysuits and personalised products, are not eligible for return unless faulty.

International Customers
No Change of Mind Refunds
All international return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for refunds and exchanges.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at sales@sydneyplumberchick.com within a reasonable timeframe.
We will assess the issue and offer a repair, replacement, or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Where applicable, return shipping costs may be reimbursed at our discretion.
